How will my art be shipped?

Firstly, I wrap each painting with 3 different materials to ensure the artwork is well protected. Then the artwork is placed in either a shipping box or a crate.

Paintings smaller than 80cm x 80cm in size are placed in a sturdy cardboard box with plenty of packaging paper.

Paintings that are 80cm x 80cm and larger are shipped in a wooden crate. These shipping crates are custom made and lined with packaging foam.

Once your artwork has been safely packaged it will be collected by a courier directly from my studio. Artworks are usually collected by a courier 3 days after ordering. However, please allow up to 7 days for this. On rare occasions dispatch may take longer than 7 days if there are shipping supplies shortages, but this will be made clear on the product page of each painting.

All orders are shipped and insured with UPS.

Shipping FAQ

Returns

UK returns

For any undamaged artwork, simply contact me about your desire to return your purchase as soon as possible.

Then return the artwork using a courier of your choice, in its original shipping packaging along with its included accessories, documents, certificates and with a copy of the original receipt within 14 days of the date you received the artwork. In order to complete your return the artwork needs to be in undamaged condition, so I suggest you use an insured courier service (please note that some couriers do not allow you to insure works of art, so please check before you choose a courier).

I will refund to the original payment method. Please be aware that I am unable to refund the cost of return shipping.

International Returns

Unfortunately, I do not accept undamaged returns from international buyers at this time.

Damaged Artwork

In the unlikely event a purchased artwork arrives damaged please inform me on the day of delivery, with photographs showing the damage to the packaging and the artwork, so I can start processing an insurance claim.

Commisions FAQ

Commissions

I have started accepting commissions! If you are interested in commissioning me for a project for your home or workplace please get in touch with me by using my contact page

Any works undertaken would need to be in my artistic style; however, we can discuss size, custom colours, composition, framing and price of the artwork(s) until you feel we have the right balance to match your vision and are comfortable moving forward.

The time scale for commissions will depend on the size and scope of the work but will usually take 6-8 weeks. Commissions require signing of a commission agreement, which is a contract that describes the details of what I will be working on: if you would like to take a look at this contract in advance please just let me know. A deposit is required before I start work on commissions and the final payment is due on completion.
